Remarks
This filter:
  1. Prevents AutoCAD temp files (.tmp, .bak, atmp*) from synching to the remote storage.
  2. Prevents AutoCAD lock files (.dwl and .dwl2) from synching to the remote storage.
  3. Enables transactional AutoCAD save operations.
